1. About QuickEin

Quick EIn is an online application service provider, we obtain from the IRS and then provide to you your federal EIN. Quick ein provides the services of reviewing your answers for completeness, spelling and grammar. We DO NOT review accuracy of your answers. GovServices provides information about legal topics, but this is not the same as legal advice. We DO NOT provide tax or legal advice and we are not attorneys. If you feel you may require legal assistance you are encouraged to contact an appropriately licensed attorney or accountant.

The information provided on our website is based on publicly available information from the IRS website. Information available on our website is publicly available information, our interpretation and experience we have constructed every web page based on information provided from the IRS website. The users rely on the information provided herein at their own risk. Should you find any mistakes on our website, please communicate this to our customer service department. We have made every effort to provide up to date information.

2. Indemnity

By using our services and website, You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless QuickEin, QuickEin agents, employees, and shareholders and waive the right to pursue litigation from troubles that may arise as a result from the misuse or abuse of our site.

I will NOT hold QuickEin or its employees, agents, share holders or any other individual or company related to QuickEin responsible for their actions in the event of an error or definitive liability found on the fault of GovServices In the event liability is determined on the, liability to QuickEin will be limited to only the fees paid for the specific service.

3. Website Use

I agree to limit my use of Quick Ein website and related services to personal use ONLY. I agree that I will not download, modify or use any portion or related service of our website for any purpose including resale or commercial use. Quick Ein is a private website maintained by a private entity.

4. Affiliate Programs

QuickEin does not currently offer any affiliate programs at the time.

5. License Website and Logo Design

The website design and logo were designed exclusively for QuickEin. Use or copy of our website design or logo without written permission is illegal and a breach of International Copyright Laws.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership Rights and Trade Secret

GovServices (this website) is the copyright holder of all content, layout, design, data, graphics, trademarks and logos under the Quick Ein domain. The content of this website is protected by international and United States copyright laws. Under no circumstances can any individual or company use any of our information on any of our website unless written consent is obtain from QuickEin I agree not to provide access to the QuickEin services to any third party. All of the aforementioned intellectual property restrictions and obligations continue indefinitely for so long as the Confidential and copy written Information is a trade secret under applicable law Intellectual property right requests can be made to our legal department. 7. Governing Law

I agree that Delaware law shall govern any disputes arising from my use of this website, and that the courts of the County of New Castle State of Delaware, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. I agree that this Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to the courts of the county of New Castle and governed by, the laws of the state of Delaware regardless of where I reside or where my browser is physically located

8. Force majeure

In the event of a force majeure event including but not limited to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen. QuickEin will not be considered in breach of or default under these terms of service and is not be liable for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder by reason of If a Force Majeure Event persists for equal to or greater than sixty (60) days QuickEin s hold the right to terminate services and will not be held liable.

9. Refund Policy

If we have began processing your order but not yet completed the preparation of your EIN Number, we will refund your payment in full. If Quick Ein has already completed your SS-4 document, provided your EIN Number and you are unhappy with the service, we will issue a full refund if you make the request within seven (7) days of the assignment of your EIN Number. After seven (7) days, GovServices is NOT able to issue a refund.

10. Service Charge

The Service Charge of $19.95 for Normal delivery option per EIN number application is a charge by QuickEin for the cost of providing the offered application Service. GovServices provides the services of reviewing your answers for completeness, spelling and grammar only. NO fees are related to obtaining the EIN application or related forms, which are provided for free on the IRS website.

11. Amendment

Quick EIn reserves the right to update and amend this agreement without any prior notification to its customers. All amendments to this agreement will be effective immediately and amendments will immediately apply to all currently existing customers/applications in progress that have not yet been completed in full and all future customers/ applicants. Users are encouraged to frequently review the terms of use from time to time for any modifications.

12. Information provided

I agree that by using this website I am at least 18 years of age and the actual said person completing the application and not an individual acting on someone else’s behalf.

I agree that I am responsible for making sure that all documents submitted for the purpose of obtaining an EIN is truthful and legally correct. I agree that any and all information provided to this website is not fraudulent in any manner. Intentionally falsifying information may subject the applicant to criminal prosecution by the US Government. Quick Ein may provide personal information to third parties when obligated by state and federal authorities.

13. Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with the IRS, Federal or the U.S. Government. Our fees are charged to cover any related assistance you may need when completing our EIN application, including but not limited to any related customer service, phone calls or emails, marketing fees. Quick Ein does not charge any fees for the actual applications or forms, which can be obtained for free on the IRS website.
